General Information about the Stay

Reservation of stay in V Nebi Wellness Hotel

• The reservation is not completed by submitting the reservation form. Reservation of the accommodation and confirmation by the hotel are possible only in a written way (usually by e-mail). If the room or period you require is not available, you will be offered a substitute term, or another variant of the room.

Cancellation fees from the total price of the ordered stay

Are you afraid that you will not be able to come and will have to cancel the stay, or change the term? Don’t worry, we offer insurance of the stay cancellation. For CZK 700 per night and room, you will be insured in case of illness of the stay participant, If you do not wish to use this our advantageous service, please inform us (by e-mail) during your reservation (at the latest before payment of the deposit). The insurance fulfilment in case of stay cancellation is with 20% contribution; in case of changed term with 5% contribution of the insured guest.

• Cancellation conditions (without use of insurance and in cases unrelated to the insurance)
• more than 2 month – free of charge
• 2 month to 2 weeks – 70% of the total price of the stay
• 2 weeks and less – 90% of the total price of the stay

Our hotel is unsuitable just for adults.

Surcharge for a single room

• Use of the room by 1 person is possible only in the double room, we dont have some Single rooms
• When a double room is used only by 1 person, we charge 80% from the price of the double room.

Person on extra bed

• 3rd person on extra bed with 20% discount

Arrival and departure

• The rooms will be prepared from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
• Ideally, we recommend to check in by 18:00 on the day of arrival. We ask to check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. Accommodation starts with a dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Stay with a dog

• Dog pets are welcome, but with respect to other guests, dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant and wellness premises. Please, inform us about this fact during the reservation. It is possible to stay with a bigger dog only in a Garden-type suite or room.
• Surcharge for dog is CZK 350 / night.

Deposit

• We require 70% advance payment from the price of stay for a binding reservation.
• We will send you the amount of advance payment and the bank connection together with the confirmation of your reservation.

Smoking

• It is not allowed to smoke in any room, including the restaurant.
• Comfortable air-conditioned smoking room is reserved for smokers.

Wellness terms

• If you have a reservation of a relaxation procedure for a specific time and wish to cancel it, please cancel it at the latest 24 hours in advance. In case of later cancellation, we are forced to charge 80% of the price of the procedure.
