Reservations at Wellness HOTEL V NEBI
Submitting the reservation form does not automatically confirm your booking. All reservations must be confirmed in writing by the hotel, usually by email.
If your preferred room or dates are unavailable, we will be happy to offer you alternative dates or another room category.
Cancellation Fees and Cancellation Insurance
Are you concerned that illness might prevent you from travelling, forcing you to cancel or change your stay? We offer optional cancellation insurance for 700 CZK per room for the first night, providing cover in the event of illness affecting a guest included in the reservation.
The illness must be confirmed by a medical certificate issued no later than the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation covered by the insurance, the guest is responsible for 20% of the total stay price. If the reservation dates are changed under the insurance conditions, the guest is responsible for 5% of the total stay price.
Standard Cancellation Policy (without cancellation insurance or in cases not covered by the insurance):
- More than 2 months before arrival: Free cancellation.
- From 2 months to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total stay price.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the total stay price.
Adults Only – Guests Aged 18 and Over
Wellness HOTEL V NEBI is an Adults Only hotel, welcoming guests aged 18 and over who appreciate complete relaxation, privacy and exceptional comfort in a peaceful atmosphere.
Single Occupancy Supplement
When a double room is occupied by one person, the rate is 80% of the standard double room price.
Extra Bed
A third guest staying on an extra bed receives a 20% discount.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in: Rooms are available from 15:00. We recommend arriving by 18:00.
- Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Your stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Staying with Your Dog
- Your four-legged companions are welcome. However, out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness areas.
- Please inform us when making your reservation. Accommodation with dogs is available exclusively in our Garden Room or Garden Suite.
- Dog fee: 350 CZK per night.
Reservation Deposit
- A 70% deposit of the total stay price is required to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit amount and bank transfer details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
Smoking Policy
- All guest rooms and the hotel restaurant are strictly non-smoking.
- A comfortable, air-conditioned smoking lounge is available for guests who wish to smoke.
Wellness Treatment Appointments
If you need to cancel a booked wellness treatment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 80% of the treatment price.
Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
I hereby consent to the collection, storage and processing of the personal data provided in the reservation form by V NEBI.CZ s.r.o., with its registered office at Dlouhá 730/35, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 05137896 (or its employees), for the purposes specified below.
This consent applies to all personal data provided in the form and is granted for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of consent.
I acknowledge my rights under Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I confirm that I have read and understood all completed sections of this form, that the information provided is accurate and truthful, and that it has been submitted voluntarily.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, all information provided in this form is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of sending commercial communications to the data subject by electronic means, pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.
Personal data will be processed until the data subject directly and effectively informs the data controller that they no longer wish to receive commercial communications, but for no longer than 5 (five) years.
Aggregated data obtained from this form may also be used by the data controller for internal statistical purposes.
Data Controller's Declaration
The data controller declares that personal data will be collected only to the extent necessary to fulfil the specified purpose and will be processed exclusively in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
Employees of the data controller, other individuals processing personal data on the basis of a contract with the data controller, and any other authorised persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, including after the termination of their employment or contractual relationship.
